1. Contract Process
To complete a purchase on our site, customers must follow these steps:
- Add the desired product to the shopping cart
- Enter personal details at checkout
- Select the preferred delivery option
- Complete the payment

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
- PayPal, Apple Pay, cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover, and American Express.
There are no additional fees associated with any specific payment methods.
3. Delivery Methods and Times
Currently, we deliver to Croatia, the Netherlands, and Germany with estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 4-5 business days, free for orders over €200
- Germany: 3-4 business days, free for orders over €200
- Croatia: 1-2 business days, free for orders over €200
All deliveries are handled by GLS to your address or GLS package lockers. During holiday or promotional periods, delays may occur due to high demand; we will do our best to deliver on time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight at checkout and are as follows:

- Netherlands:
Shipping is free for orders over €200.
5. Contractual Provisions and Terms of Use
Our business does not currently include additional general terms as part of the sales contract. No restrictions apply for international customers related to customs or specific legal provisions.
6. Export Restrictions
There are no export restrictions or special requirements related to customs regulations for our products.
7. Codes of Conduct
We adhere to responsible data handling practices and support FSC (Forest Stewardship Council®) certification.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Services
We do not offer a warranty or after-sales services such as servicing or replacement parts for our products.
9. Right of Contract Termination
In accordance with Croatian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, returns are not accepted for personalized or used items.
To request a return or replacement, please contact us at contact@scar-wood.com. Once the return is approved, we will proceed with the product exchange or refund.
10. Complaints and Returns
To submit a complaint or initiate a return, customers can contact us via email at contact@scar-wood.com. Please include a photo of the item to help us assess the reason for the return. Once the return is approved, we will proceed with the return, exchange, or refund.
